Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Requirements


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product.

  • Educational toys must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of use; all electronic components must be fully functional.
  • Building blocks must have all parts intact, with no missing pieces or damage to the packaging.
  • Plush toys must be free from stains, tears, or odors, and in their original sealed or packaged state.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process


To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Confirm Eligibility: Ensure your product meets the criteria outlined above.
  2. Request Authorization: Follow the instructions on our website to request a return authorization number (RA#).
  3. Package Securely: Place the product in its original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and include the RA# inside the package.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds & Exchanges


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the new product to you as soon as possible, with standard shipping included—expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Non-Returnable Items & Special Cases


Certain products are non-returnable, including personalized or custom items and clearance or final sale items, unless they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may ask for photos of the damage to assist with processing your claim, and we will then arrange for a replacement or refund, covering the cost of return shipping if necessary.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria, or if we suspect fraud or misuse of our return policy. If your return is rejected, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.
