Our team conducts a strict quality check for every item—inspecting for defects, ensuring all parts are complete, and verifying packaging integrity. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Given the delicate nature of our products, we use specialized packaging tailored to each category. Educational toys are wrapped in anti-shock foam and placed in sturdy boxes to protect electronic components or small parts. Building blocks sets are secured in reinforced boxes with dividers to prevent loss or damage during transit. Plush toys are vacuum-sealed or packed in soft, breathable bags to maintain their shape and cleanliness. All packaging adheres to international shipping standards to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update.

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before your order is processed or shipped. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your toy collection arrives safely and on time.
